Guests are picked up from their hotel in Cusco or the Sacred Valley and driven to Ollantaytambo train station for your onward journey.
The train departs Ollantaytambo at 6:40 AM, arriving in Machu Picchu Town (Aguas Calientes) at approximately 8:00 AM.
Our office staff will be waiting for you and will escort you to our office, where you will meet your guide. Once the group is ready, you will board the bus for a 25-minute ride to the Machu Picchu entrance, where you will have a final opportunity to use the restrooms before entering the site.
Inside Machu Picchu, you will enjoy a 2.5-hour guided tour of the citadel with a professional guide, after which you will take the bus back down to the town of Aguas Calientes.
You will return to our office, located next to the bus stop, and from there we will accompany you to the train station and assist you with boarding your 2:30 PM train which takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to reach Ollantaytambo.
Our team will be waiting in the train station to transfer you back to your hotel.
