There is fun for all the family, including ice sculptures, ice buildings, outdoor displays, and evening illuminations. If you make the trip on the weekends, then there are also fireworks to enjoy.
Our guide will meet you at this convenient city centre location. We can provide drops to Sapporo, Odori or Susukino Station.
One of our favourite local festivals, we love Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival, which sees a variety of natural sculptures created by the local people. Ice caverns, ice buildings and a variety of beautiful exhibitions to explore - all created with water from the neighbouring lake, sprayed, scultped and frozen by local community members. Our night tour means you get to experience this amazing atmosphere in the evening illuminations, where things look especially magical.
