About this experience
First of all this is an interactive class ! All of our guests will have in front of them whatever a bartender uses (shakers, straners, mixing glasses etc.), secondly and more important you are going to make cocktails only with Greek traditional spirits such as mastiha, ouzo and tsipouro. Activity will be held in our bar-restaurant( called "STOA"). It is three canavas (submerged constructions in the volcanic ash - aspa) that have been salt stores since 1902 and it is found underground the main square of Fira (next to the fish spa ) in a little alley !!
