About this experience

The tour begins at the time and address of your choice. After about 1.5 hours of driving through Bavaria's breathtaking scenery. Your guide will show you the best viewpoints and let you know more about the history of the Castle. Then you will have a guided tour of Neuschwanstein's interior. After touring Neuschwanstein we can stop at Schwangau, Füssen or Oberammergau which are good examples of traditional Bavarian villages. Here, you can have lunch at a traditional local restaurant or take a coffee break. We will now take a different route back to Munich, passing by the stunning Lake Plansee or Oberammergau depending on road closures and traffic. On the way back to Munich we can stop at the Linderhof Palace and visit the worldwide famous passion play village Oberammergau known for the passion play, wood Carvings, Christmas stores.
