Cairo: Private Tour to Abusimble Temple Nubian Village by plane

Your tour starts at 3:00 am when our guide picks you up from your hotel in Cairo. You will be driven to Cairo Airport to catch your 5:00 am flight to Aswan.

You will arrive in Aswan at 6:30 am, where our guide will meet you at the designated location holding a sign with your name. From there, you will be transferred south of Aswan in a PRIVATE air-conditioned vehicle, approximately a 3-hour drive, to embark on your Abu Simbel day tour.The Temples of Abu Simbel, renowned for their unique architectural style, are celebrated as the masterpieces of ancient Egypt.

The Temples of Abu Simbel are indeed remarkable masterpieces of ancient Egypt, showcasing the grandeur and splendor of the New Kingdom era. Built during the reign of Ramses II, these temples hold significant historical and cultural importance.
To preserve these extraordinary monuments from the rising waters caused by the construction of the Aswan High Dam, a joint effort between the Egyptian government and UNESCO was undertaken. This endeavor successfully relocated the temples to higher ground between 1964 and 1968, ensuring their protection for future generations.
The Temple of Ramses II, often referred to as the Great Temple of Abu Simbel or the Sun Temple of Ramses II, is dedicated not only to the pharaoh himself but also to the universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, and Amun-Re. This temple symbolizes Ramses II's divine and temporal power, emphasizing his role as a deity among mortals.

Nefertari Meritmut, the Great Royal Wife of Ramesses II, holds a significant place in ancient Egyptian history as one of its most esteemed queens. Her name, Nefertari, translates to 'beautiful companion', while Meritmut signifies 'Beloved of Mut', highlighting her esteemed status.
She is renowned alongside other iconic Egyptian queens like Cleopatra, Nefertiti, and Hatshepsut, despite not being known to have ruled independently. Nefertari was exceptionally well-educated for her time, possessing the rare ability to read and write hieroglyphs. This skill enabled her to engage in diplomatic correspondence with other influential figures of her era, showcasing her intelligence and influence beyond her ceremonial role.
Her final resting place, tomb QV66 in the Valley of the Queens, stands as one of the most splendid and intricately decorated tombs from ancient Egypt. Its elaborate artwork and inscriptions depict scenes of Nefertari's journey

After approximately 3 hours exploring Abu Simbel, enjoy another 3-hour scenic drive back to Aswan.

Then you will move to nubian Village and Experience the vibrant culture of a Nubian Village. Learn about the traditions, lifestyle, and unique heritage of the Nubian people.
Enjoy the colorful houses, traditional crafts, and warm hospitality of the Nubian community.

Head back to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo.
