About this experience

No trip to Xi'an is complete without witnessing the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses—often regarded as the eighth wonder of the world. As one of the must-see attractions in both the city and the country, the museum draws millions of visitors throughout the year. By booking your tickets in advance, you can skip the long lines at the ticket office and walk straight in, saving valuable time.

Your ticket opens the door to an extraordinary encounter with ancient soldiers and horses, meticulously crafted and buried underground more than 2,200 years ago. Since this is an individual ticket (not part of a group tour), you are free to explore the entire site at your own pace.

To ensure a smooth booking, we kindly ask guests to provide their passport details at least 7 days before the intended visit date, or no later than 5 days in advance.

Stop 1

When you are in the museum, you can see this amazing Terracotta Army in combating formations or in fragments on the floor by walking through Pit 1, Pit 2 and Pit 3, and also could see the latest discoveries displayed in the exhibition hall. It’s one way visit and the most popular route is Pit 1, Pit 3, Pit 2 and the exhibition hall.

Please note, the ticket we book for you is a through ticket of Terracotta Army and the First Qin Emperor’s Mausoleum together with the Bronze Horses and Chariots Museum and also the Museum of Terracotta Acrobatic Figures. People can take a shuttle bus from the Terracotta Army Musuem to the Emperor’s Mausoleum, which always take about 5 minutes, but also could be 30 minutes in holidays.

For those small transfer within the scenic spots like golf cart, the cot will be on your own. Like 5 Yuan to take a golf cart in the terra cotta army museum (Only 1 way) and another 15 RMB in the Emperor’s mausoleum park (Round way and you have to keep that ticket).

Stop 2

After visiting the museum, you can go back to the main entrance area where there are shuttle buses to the First Qin Emperor's Mausoleum. The two places are just 1 mile away from each other and will take arout 5 minutes on the bus, or maybe 30 minutes in holidays.

The ticket is a through ticket for these two places and you just need spend another 15 RMB for taking a golf cart to go around the mausoleum and to go through another two museums like the museum of terra cotta acrobatic figures and the Bronze Chariots and Horses Museum, and by the way you will see the tomb mound of the First Qin Emperor's Mausoleum.
