About this experience

Shirvan Wines winery (also known as "Meisari") is one of the youngest in Azerbaijan and the first in the country recognized by the EU certificate as a producer of organic products. The first 40 hectares of vineyards were sown only in 2014, and the first harvest was obtained in 2017. Now this territory has increased to 310 hectares, where there is already a museum, a restaurant and a guest house built for wine tours. "Meisari" is a short drive from Shamakhi. Tours here include tasting 6 types of organic wine created from an original combination of French grape varieties, but their number will increase after the grapes of Caucasian varieties ripen in newly planted vineyards.
