Sail through Lysefjorden and admire the famous Pulpit rock tower high above from the water. See waterfalls and get close to nature and keep a look out for wildlife.
First we visit the Vagabonds Cave, a narrow outcrop in the side of the fjord and we discover its secrets. Afterwards, we continue to Preikestolen. Translated “preachers pulpit”, Preikestolen is a sight unrivalled in Norway. The rock formation towering over 600 meters above you seems to defy all laws of nature and it’s a stunning sight to see. Lastly we visit the 75 meter tall “whiskey” waterfall and you will learn from our guides why it has received this name.
While our guides share stories and history of Lysefjord, we keep our eyes out for wildlife as well. During the cruise we have a chance to see wildlife, besides plenty of birdlife, there is a chance to see rarer animals such as sea eagles, mountain goats and possibly even porpoises.
