Join on an exciting whale watching tour to Skjervøy, we split up the journey between bus and boat, so that you get to enjoy the arctic landscape both from land and sea!
Depart from Tromsø in the morning on boat or bus to travel to Skjervøy to see the whales. Take in breathtaking views from both the overland and on the water. The coach is comfortable and our hybrid-electric boat has panoramic lounges with large windows. During the boat trip, our captain will keep an eye out for the whales. When the whales have been spotted we will switch to our electric and silent engine to minimise disturbance to the whales.
We sail from Tromsø past the Lyngen Alps towards Skjervøy, the feeding grounds of the whales.
We search and observe whales in Kvænangen area. We have the chances to see Orca's and Humpbacks. Sometimes also Fin whales and Sperm whales
We stop at Skjervøy where you will switch from the boat to the Bus (or vice versa).
We drive back by bus from Skjervøy to Tromsø. Along the way you can enjoy the scenery and have chances of seeing some wildlife if we are lucky.
Meet at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour at the Brim Explorer shop on the second floor in Prostneset (Samuel Arnesens gate 5).
