Our retreats are designed for people who are:Looking for a healthy, balanced holiday where you can stay fit, let your hair down and relax.Needing a ‘break’ from everyday life/work, looking to reduce some stress and/or anxiety Open to meeting new people or trying something new.

The Wellness Retreats are run every week, starting on Sunday afternoon and finishing on Saturday morning from November- end April, they are run twice per month in non-peak season.You are most welcome to arrive earlier / stay later than the scheduled retreat dates.

If you wish to confirm of the booking 60% of the payment should be done once you confirm the booking with us. The rest of the payment can be done once you arrive Sri Lanka.And cancellation should be done one month prior to the arrival date to wave off the cancellation charges.
