Cape Town Pickup (08:00–08:30 | 30 min)
We collect you from your Cape Town hotel in a luxury, air-conditioned minibus. Relax with bottled water as your guide introduces the day ahead.
Stellenbosch Town Orientation (30 min)
Begin with a short walking tour through Stellenbosch, South Africa’s second-oldest town, with oak-lined streets and Cape Dutch architecture.
Delaire Graff Estate (1.5 hrs)
At Delaire Graff, known as the “jewel of the Cape Winelands,” you will taste a selection of premium reds and whites while enjoying spectacular views of the Banhoek Valley.
Note: Until 1 October 2025, this tasting takes place at Haute Cabrière in Franschhoek, where you will taste Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) sparkling wines and a curated flight of still wines.
Tokara Wine Estate (1 hr)
At Tokara, perched on the scenic Helshoogte Pass, you will taste award-winning Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon, guided by the estate’s wine experts.
Delheim Wine Estate & Gourmet Lunch (2 hrs)
At family-run Delheim, you will taste 6 premium wines, paired with an optional main-course gourmet lunch (all-inclusive package).

Fairview Wine & Cheese Estate (1 hr)
At Fairview, you will taste 5 carefully selected wines paired with artisan cheeses, from creamy brie and camembert to bold goat’s milk specialties.
Drakenstein Prison – Mandela Monument (15 min)
We stop for photos at the prison where Nelson Mandela walked free in 1990.
Franschhoek Village Walk (30 min)
Finally, in Franschhoek, you will enjoy a guided walk through this charming French-inspired town, with free time to browse boutiques, patisseries, and galleries.
Return to Cape Town (17:30–18:00 | 1 hr)
After a full day of up to 20 premium wine tastings, cheese pairings, and gourmet flavors, we return you to your Cape Town accommodation.
Pick up time will be communicated to you the day before the tour at approximately 19:00pm in the evening, but it is usually between 7:30am and 8:30am.
We require a minimum of 4 people to depart on this tour.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
