About this experience

The tour starts from Naples, where we will wait for you at various meeting points. From here we will move to the wonderful gardens of Villa Favorita in Herculaneum from where we will leave for Capri by boat. The guide will assist you in discovering the island, providing you with all the information you need to get to know its beauties better. During the walking tour of Capri and Anacapri, you will visit the main attractions and stop for lunch in a typical restaurant of the island. Visiting the typical shops, you can taste the famous limoncello. You will also have free time for shopping.

On your return, once you arrive at the Borbonic dock in Ercolano, you will be transferred by bus to the previously agreed starting point (hotel, b&b or Molo Beverello).

Detailed itinerary

Pick-up at 8.00 am at the meeting point (Molo Beverello port)
After leaving Naples we will join the guide who will be waiting for you in the 19th century gardens of Villa Favorita in Herculaneum, we will embark on the hydrofoil to Capri to visit the famous romantic island and start an unforgettable day together.

After the boat ride, we will disembark and start visiting the island with a private minibus. The tour will start from Anacapri, where you will enjoy the enchanting visit of the belvedere. Here are the remains of the Barbarossa Castle which takes its name from the pirate and Ottoman admiral, Hayreddin, nicknamed Barbarossa ("Barbarossa"). From 1898 it was owned by the Swedish psychiatrist Axel Munthe (later donated to his foundation). Munthe was against hunting and turned the surrounding area into a bird sanctuary (bird station). Finally we will stop for a light lunch in a typical Capri restaurant.

After lunch we will continue the visit and have free time for shopping in the exclusive shops of the island. We will walk in the lively alleys that surround the square of Capri, such as via Tragara, Via Camerelle and via Le Botteghe. do not miss the panorama of the Faraglioni, from the gardens of Augustus. If you are willing to visit the Blue Grotto or participate in other excursions on the island on your own, please coordinate your plans with our guide (optional not included in the excursion price).
