This tour offers a flexible combination of sightseeing and optional outdoor activities, allowing travelers to tailor the day to their own interests.

Unlike standard Lake Bled tours, you are not locked into a fixed program. After the morning drive to lake Bled, adventure-minded guests can choose from optional outdoor activities, such as white-water rafting on the Sava Dolinka River/hiking/ZIP line/castle visit, while others can relax and enjoy the Alpine scenery. After this, guests have time to enjoy free time to explore the island, castle, lakeside paths, or local cafés.

We will contact you after the booking and you can reserve your spot on one of the mentioned activities.

Meet your guide and depart from Ljubljana in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Arrive at Lake Bled and you may choose from several optional outdoor experiences, available for an additional fee and subject to availability. These activities may include:

1. White-water rafting on the Sava River,
2. Hiking to Ojstrica hill,
3. Other seasonal outdoor activities, depending on conditions,
4. Visit of Bled Island by traditional pletna boat (own expense).

Participation in any outdoor activity is entirely optional. Guests who do not wish to participate will enjoy additional free time in the area.

The Sava Dolinka River is a breathtaking alpine river that, together with the Sava Bohinjka, forms Slovenia’s longest river—the Sava.
This scenic waterway offers thrilling class II-III rapids, making it an ideal adventure for all skill levels, including families and kids. On hot summer days, it’s the ultimate way to cool off and have fun.

We work with company ADVENTURE RAFTING, where your safety and enjoyment are top priorities! Professional, whitewater rescue-certified guides ensure you get the most out of your rafting adventure.

If you do not wish to do rafting on this tour, our guide will take you to lake Bled where you can explore this charming place on your own terms (possibility to visit Bled castle*, visit the Bled island with pletna boat, hike to Ojstrica or just enjoy the local delicacies).

*Tickets for rafting, castle or pletna boat rides are not included in the tour.
After the booking we will contact you, so you can reserve your spot on one of the mentioned activities.

After you have done one of the activites (rafting, hiking, Pletna boat ride etc.) you can enjoy free time to explore Bled independently.
Optional activities during free time include:

walk around Lake Bled, trying local cake, visit Bled Castle (own expense), swimming or relaxing by the lakeside.

Note that all the guests who do not wish to do rafting on this tour, have an option to explore the lake area alredy at the time of rafting activity (this means that they have around 4h on lake Bled).

Drive back to Ljubljana and have a free afternoon in the city.
