You will cycle through fishing villages and exploring fisherman living style. Get onto a cycle to explore the typical fishing lifestyle of fishermen in Negombo. This cycling tour will last 2 – 3 hours and covers about 20 Km of Negombo city.

06.30 AM – You will be greeted and picked up by our TUK TUK driver and driven you to the starting point.
07.00 AM - On arrival to the starting point, our cycling guide will give you a brief introduction and safety requirements about the tour. Thereafter, you will start your cycling trail to explore Negombo fishing village. The Fishing Village also is known as the Lellama by the locals is located near the Negombo Old Dutch Gate. The large open-air fish market is the second-largest in the country. It gives you a genuine insight into the local fisher community. The market is loud, vibrant and smells like fish. During your cycling tour, you will see many boats full of fresh fish coming in and lowering their sails. You can see their nets being pulled ashore and the catch shaken out of nets to be cleaned, scaled, gutted, salted and dried in the sun. You’ll see the loading of fish on small-time fish vendors’ bikes, who in turn sell their fish to consumers.
09.30 AM – While you are cycling, you can visit one of the fishing houses and tasty cup of tea… after that, you are cycling to inside the village and through coconut estate.
10.00 AM - After an enjoyable cycling tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Negombo by our TUK TUK driver.
