With this full-day tour, I'll take you on a discovery of some of the finest local cheeses and wines, which shepherds and small farmers keep alive with their hard work and passion in some of the most authentic and pristine areas of our region.
We'll begin the day by visiting a small dairy in Alta Langa. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn about their traditional cheesemaking process and hear details about their pasture-raising method, while walking and observing the animals around the farm.
Around midday, it's the perfect time for a light and authentic lunch at the farm : we'll taste their delicious cheeses along with other local products such as honey, homemade jams, and sourdough bread. A delicious lunch with a breathtaking view of the valley. After saying goodbye to this beautiful place, we'll continue our journey to the winery. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards, after visiting the traditional cellar, we'll taste with the winemaker some of their most classic wines.

Alta Langa is one of the most authentic rural areas in Piedmont region. Small villages, small vineyards, hazelnut farms and of course dairy farms for the production of the classic "Robiola" : one of the most ancient goat and sheep cheese in all northern Italy.
The municipality of Canelli and its surrounding area are historically the most renowned for producing high-quality classic method sparkling wines and Moscato. Here, I'll introduce you to a small artisanal winemaker and give you the opportunity to tour his small winery and vineyards, and taste some of his most classic wines.
