About this experience

This experience blends adventure, nature, and history in a way few activities can. You will start by rafting through the untouched beauty of the Valnerina, riding the crystal-clear waters of the Nera River, and feeling the thrill of the river beneath you. As you glide downstream, guided by an expert instructor, you will see lush forests, smell fresh scents, and hear the sounds of nature that surround you, offering a deep, serene immersion in the beauty of the Valnerina. Then the journey shifts to an 8 km trek leading to Umbriano, a mysterious ghost town frozen in time, where ancient ruins and a hilltop castle create an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. The day ends with a sunset aperitif overlooking a stunning 360° valley view—an unforgettable mix of adrenaline, discovery, and tranquility that you will absolutely love.
