Meeting point

Meeting point is at Ain Dubai Plaza, Bluewaters Island. Guests should proceed to the Ain Dubai entrance and present their booking confirmation.
Bluewaters Island is accessible by taxi or via the pedestrian bridge from JBR.

Guests will receive the final confirmation via email and whatsapp once the booking is completed. Your tickets will be sent digitally and can be printed or shown on your mobile device at check-in.

NO SHOW POLICY / LATE ARRIVALS:
All passengers should arrive for check – in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure time. Unfortunately, we are not held accountable for latecomers and have the right to release the flight as planned. If passengers fail to arrive for their scheduled flight the booking will be cancelled without a refund.

Cancellation Policy by Passengers:
A 100% refund will be granted if the tour is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to departure.
No refund will be granted for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
