For airport pick-ups our representative will meet you at Malinche Restaurant (located outside the airport terminal) carrying a sign with your name on. Do not listen to other vendors trying to sell you services, charge you more, grab your bags or tell you that we are not coming for you. If for some reason you cannot find our representative contact us by WhatsApp chat, phone call or email.

Please provide the pickup and drop off airport, hotel, private home or identifiable landmark. Otherwise, we can't completely confirm the booking until we have all this info.

Additionally, with private transport we can customize a scenic adventure for your group to attractions between the travel destinations, such as a short hike in a national park, a visit to a coffee plantation, shopping in a traditional Costa Rican town, or admiring a waterfall. If you are interested in making such an excursion, we would be happy to give you options and pricing information based on your travel route.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This price applies from 1 to 6 passengers (for additional passengers, please contact us).

Private transports include a courtesy waiting hour at the pickup location or to make a stop on route, giving your group opportunities to pose for photographs, take bathroom breaks, or enjoy a meal.. After this time we will charge $20.00 per extra hour of waiting.

Rates are subject to change without notice in case the customer requests alternate route changes or stops on the way.
