Right after you book a shuttle with us your e-ticket will be sent to your email after check-in, along with all other pickup details—including the vehicle number plate and driver contact—so you can easily spot your driver before departure. On the day of travel, simply present your booking ticket and begin your 2-hour Ella transfer, in an air-conditioned vehicle, accompanied by experienced drivers who know the most efficient routes. Equipped with MPVs or commuter vans accommodating up to 10 passengers, luggage allowance, and optional infant seating, this Ella to Yala taxi offers a reliable, well-organised, and comfortable transfer solution for solo travellers, families, and small groups heading to Yala National Park.

The pickup window is between 12.30 to 1.00 PM. Therefore, passengers are requested to be prepared for the departure within the pickup window. Since it's a shared shuttle, kindly do note that the maximum waiting time is 5 minutes and no refunds will be issued for "no-show" bookings.

After the reservation is confirmed, a check-in email will be sent. Once the check-in is
completed, the booking voucher e-ticket will be issued and should be presented to the driver at pickup.
