ATV weight limit is 220 kg (485 lbs). This can be one person (e.g., 220 kg) or two people combined (e.g., two people at 110 kg each).

Minimum age to drive is 14 years old. Kids aged 3 to 13 can ride as passengers, but an adult must be driving.

Children under 3 years old aren't allowed on the ATV tour, even as passengers.

It is recommended that you wear sneakers and comfortable clothes

Campground admission is included with your tour reservation, but it's only for the ATV activity and restrooms. Access to other camp facilities like pools, the waterslide, or pedal boats isn't included.

Meeting point

Meeting Point is at Las Cañadas Adventures office located at Caracol Museum, 1st Floor. Only 750m (7-min walk) from your cruise ship. Once you exit the Cruise Terminal, you will see our office just across the street. Please arrive 15 min early!

Important notes

Meeting Point: Please head to the Las Cañadas Adventures Office, located on the first floor of the Museo Caracol building.

Directions: The total distance from your cruise ship to our office is approximately 750 meters (7-minute walk). Once you exit the cruise terminal, we are located just across the street.

Important: Our office entrance is on the exterior of the Museo Caracol building; you do not need to enter the museum. Look for the Las Cañadas Adventures sign on the outside.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at our office 15 minutes before your scheduled departure/pickup time to complete your check-in and board our shuttle.

The Lead Traveler must present a valid photo ID.

DRIVERS: Every person driving an ATV MUST present a valid physical or digital Driver's License. This is mandatory to participate as a driver.
