Herbs And Spices on Tra Que is unlike any other cooking schools in Hoi An. What make us different?

We do home smoked, home made fish sauce, home grown, composting.

We have invested experience, time, money and resources into running and operating Hoi An's specialist cooking classes. Storing and handling food is done with care and an open kitchen to meet the highest standard possible. Our classes are set up daily using the freshest of ingredients. All classes are held by the pool sides or back yard koi fish pond with views of garden in a home atmosphere.
