Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk directly ahead to the water.

Once at the water - turn right and head towards the Hard Rock Cafe.

Water Taxi dock is down the stairs on the left at Mambo’s Bar, just before the Hard Rock Cafe. Check in with the Water Taxi staff as soon as you arrive.

Important notes

Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you miss the cruise there are no refunds as we have strict reservations.

Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers

If you decide to hop off the boat in South Beach, you will need to reserve a return boat time with the captain on the boat before you disembark.

On the last departure each day, if you hop off in South Beach there is no return boat later that evening.

If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds
