Once you arrive at Pier 36 Dock 0, do not try to enter the Pier 36 building. The boat is docked behind the building and can be accessed from walking round either side of the building. Proceed to slip 0 for the 10am, 11:30, 1:00pm, 4pm, 6pm and 7:30pm.
