Meeting point

The boat is docked behind the building at Pier 36 and can be accessed by walking round either side of the building. Proceed to slip 0 where you will check-in. When you arrive at Pier 36, face the river, and Dock 0 is the dock furthest to your left.

• Please aim to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Check-in closes 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers
