The Royal Palace of Turin is the most important Savoy residence in all of Piedmont, monumental seat of the Savoy dynasty and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Entering you will find yourself on the Piano Nobile, you will visit the representative rooms and environments of particular value such as the Chinese Cabinet. Access the second floor through one of the greatest masterpieces of the architect Filippo Juvarra, the Scala delle Forbici: an imposing marble staircase that appears light and sinuous. The visit continues in the Private Apartments of the King, the rooms were renovated in the '800 for the will of King Charles Albert while retaining previous furniture and furnishings. The series of rooms is interrupted by the Gallery of Daniel, one of the best preserved Baroque rooms in the palace, then you get to the Queen’s apartments, the dining room and the Alcove Room where once there was the wedding bed. You will come to the last two rooms that have a more solemn atmosphere.
