Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive
Diving within 18 hours of flying is not allowed. Failure to advise 48hours prior to the dive trip resulting in trip cancellation is not eligible for refund. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor in advance. Cancellation due to delay for medical clearance is refundable up until 48 hours prior to the scheduled dive trip. No refund for failed medical clearance.
Please arrive by 6:30am. Grace period for check-in extends to 6:45am. For delays beyond 6:45am, your booking will be marked as no-show thus cancelled automatically in full booking charge. • Free cancellation for private charter or a group of 5 or more requires 21 days in advance of the scheduled event. Full booking charge may incur if cancellation is made less than 21 day window before the scheduled event. • Waikiki Dive Center has an exemplary safety record since 1979. Although on the same boat, the non-certified divers and/or new students will be grouped separately at 4:1 ratio with a dedicated instructor. If you prefer to dive exclusively with your party together as a group, we offer private instructor option at $180 per each four-diver group increment. When safety comes firstly, fun always follows. Do not consume alcohol or anything that may cause drowsy, lethargic or impaired decision making before attending the activities. We reserve the right to refuse attending activities to any divers or snorkelers for any reason. No refund or free rescheduling will be extended for refusal.

We do not accept email cancellation. Changes or cancellation within 24 hours of the current booking forfeits all reimbursement.
Doctor clearance for diving is generally required for any pre-existing medical conditions.

Important Policy Information and Disclaimer:
+ If you are scuba diving: **You cannot fly and dive on the same day**. Depending on the diving depth, you are advised to wait a **minimum of 18 hours** after your dive before boarding an airplane. It can increase your risk of **Decompression Sickness** or **"the bends"** due to decreased ambient pressure on the plane. It's your responsibility to inform the shop for your flight schedule.

+ Evidence of dive certification is customer's responsibility to present. Failure to present certification at check-in will prevent the diver from going to dive without refund.

+ While safety comes firstly, fun always follows. Do not consume alcohol or anything that may cause drowsy, lethargic or impaired decision making before attending the activities. We reserve the right to deny attending activities for any divers or snorkelers for safety concerns. Deny boarding will forfeit all booking reimbursement.

Cancellations due to absence of required Medical consent after the cancellation period forfeit any reimbursement.

+ For any damaged the rental gear including wetsuit due to negligence of the customer, the customer will reimburse the necessary restoration or replacement to Waikiki Dive Center.
