Important Policy Information and Disclaimer:
+ If you are scuba diving: **You cannot fly and dive on the same day**. Depending on the diving depth, you are advised to wait a **minimum of 18 hours** after your dive before boarding an airplane. It can increase your risk of **Decompression Sickness** or **"the bends"** due to decreased ambient pressure on the plane. It's your responsibility to inform the shop for your flight schedule.
+ Evidence of dive certification is customer's responsibility to present. Failure to present certification at check-in will prevent the diver from going to dive without refund.
+ While safety comes firstly, fun always follows. Do not consume alcohol or anything that may cause drowsy, lethargic or impaired decision making before attending the activities. We reserve the right to deny attending activities for any divers or snorkelers for safety concerns. Deny boarding will forfeit all booking reimbursement.
Cancellations due to absence of required Medical consent after the cancellation period forfeit any reimbursement.
+ For any damaged the rental gear including wetsuit due to negligence of the customer, the customer will reimburse the necessary restoration or replacement to Waikiki Dive Center.
