You’ll have some free time to explore Murano at your own pace following the demonstration.
Your next stop is the island of Burano, whose brightly colored houses you may recognize from photos. This museum displays rare examples of Venetian lace from the 16th to 20th centuries, offering unique insight into Burano’s renowned lace-making tradition. Please note: The Lace Museum is closed on Mondays. On these days, you will have the chance to attend a lace-making demonstration and see the showroom.
