From 08:00 am: Start picking up customer from hotels in the Old Quarter. 3.5 hour driver with modern bus on Expressway through the Red River delta. Take a rest stop at a half-way to relax before continuing to Halong Bay.
Note: This is the common shop selling drinks and pearl or souvenir, you can have some drinks and to to toilet.
From 12.00 - 12.15: Arrive in Tuan Chau island, wait for registering procedures and get on board, enjoy fresh seafood lunch (vegetarian available if requested) and start cruising to visit Halong Bay.
The limestone bedrock and sheer cliffs of the countless islets have inspired local people to come up with equally fanciful names: Stone Dogs Island, Duck Island, Finger Island, Incense Burner Island, and Fighting Cocks Island, the symbol of Halong Bay.
You will visit Sung Sot cave - the biggest and the most beautiful cave with step to walk up. See thousands of stalagmites and stalagtiles on the ceiling and floors.
The ship will stop on Titop Island, you can swim or hike up to the top of mountain to take the amazing photo over Halong Bay.
This is the most exciting part of the trip, you will go kayaking/bamboo boat (optional) to discover the hidden lagoons. Please note that you need to know how to pedal or ask tour guide to show you how. This is optional activity, you need to pay for yourself. There are always 2 people/1 kayak.
After finishing all activities, you will enjoy free time on board and enjoy Sunset party (depending on cruises you book) and get back to Tuan Chau Island about 18.00. Get on bus to Hanoi. You will be in Hanoi about 20.30. (depending on options you book).
