Si visiteranno Castel del Monte, Castello di Barletta- Città della Disfida e Castello di Trani alla scoperta della magnificenza del grande illuminato Impertore svevo che qui ha lasciato i segni più significativi della sua grandezza.
2. Percorso enogastronomico "Tour dell'oro bianco, oro giallo, nettare di bacco e confetti di Puglia". Una giornata dedicata alle degustazioni in giro per caseifici per gustare la deliziosa "burrata di Andria", visiteremo un oleificio per vedere e apprezzare il procedimento di lavorazione dell'olio,una sosta presso un'antica azienda vinicola del territorio ed infine un appuntamento immancabile al Museo del Confetto per degustare una prelibatezza andriese.
