About this experience

Your host is an acknowledged wine expert and wine tour guide with 35 years of experience and an in depth knowledge of wine and wine making across the world. The tasting takes place in the comfort of our air-conditioned wine shop in the heart of Carcassonne old town and is designed to be fun and informal.
You will have a talk and presentation of six to eight wines to taste accompanied by a light cheese and charcuterie platter. Guests will learn how to taste wines, the local wine history of the region and all about wine making and grape varieties. Ask as many questions as you like and become an expert on the wines of the region. Although the minimum booking is for two people, single guests are welcome to join tastings that are already planned. Please send a message to enquire about available dates if you are a single visitor and want to join a tasting.
