1. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is completed, our operations team at Tetransport Yogyakarta will automatically receive your reservation details, including travel date, number of guests, pickup location, and any special notes you’ve provided.

You will receive a formal booking confirmation, and your tour will be secured exclusively for your private group.

2. Pre-Trip Coordination (H-1)
One day before the tour, our team will:
- Reconfirm your pickup time (early morning, around 03:00–03:30 WIB, depending on location)
- Assign a professional English-speaking driver
- Share the driver’s name and contact number via WhatsApp or email
This step ensures smooth communication and no last-minute confusion.

3. Hotel / Residence Pickup
On the day of the tour:
- Your driver arrives punctually at your hotel or residence
- The vehicle is private, air-conditioned, clean, and well-maintained
- Luggage space is prepared if needed
Your journey begins comfortably, even in the early hours.

4. Transfer to Borobudur Area (Sunrise Session)
You will be driven safely to the Borobudur area / Borobudur Cultural Center in time for the sunrise session.
Upon arrival:
- Your driver assists with drop-off coordination
- Sunrise access and procedures are handled on site
- You enjoy the sunrise experience independently with local staff and guides
The vehicle remains on standby nearby.

5. Transfer to Mount Merapi Jeep Basecamp
After the sunrise experience:
- Your driver takes you to the Mount Merapi Jeep Basecamp
- Smooth handover to a licensed Merapi Jeep operator
- You begin the 1.5-hour Jeep Adventure, exploring volcanic landmarks and off-road terrain
During the jeep activity, your main transport vehicle waits at the designated meeting point.

6. Post-Jeep Transfer & Short Break
After completing the Merapi Jeep tour:
- You return to the basecamp
- Transfer continues with your private vehicle
- Short rest, refreshment, or lunch stop can be arranged (at guest’s own expense)
The schedule remains flexible and unhurried.

7. Transfer to Prambanan Temple
Next, you are driven to Prambanan Temple, one of Indonesia’s most iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
