DAY 1. HO CHI MINH CITY - MEKONG DELTA (CAN THO)
Depart around 7:45am from Ho Chi Minh City and travel to the picturesque Mekong Delta, passing through lush rice paddies and rural villages along the way. Stop to visit the beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda.

Continue to My Tho for a boat trip along the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the tranquil scenery and escape the busy city. Cruise through the coconut-lined canals of Ben Tre by sampan, then visit small local workshops to learn how coconut candy and other regional specialties are made. Meet friendly local families, sample fresh tropical fruits, honey tea, and listen to traditional Southern folk music performed by villagers.

At 6:00am, wake up to visit the famous Cai Rang Floating Market. Experience the lively morning trade as boats loaded with fruits and vegetables gather to sell their goods. Continue to a rice noodle factory to observe the traditional noodle-making process and visit a colorful local market nearby.
