Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with simple instructions and a map showing the meeting point just outside the Costa Maya Cruise Port, since independent tour operators are not allowed inside. Our driver will be waiting for you at the designated pickup area, holding a sign with your name to make identification quick and easy.
After greeting you, you’ll board a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle for a direct ride to Bacalar, following a smooth and safe route with no unnecessary stops. Once you arrive, the driver will guide you to the check-in point of your activity and stay in communication for the return pickup.
When your experience is finished, your driver will be ready to take you back to Costa Maya. The drop-off is at the same area near the port entrance, allowing you to walk back to your ship with plenty of time before All Aboard. The entire process is designed to be clear, punctual, and stress-free for cruise travelers.
