Stop 2

As your journey toward the idyllic town of Vitznau commences, you’ll get to soak up the magnificent panoramic scenery offered by an assortment of captivating Swiss landscapes, including Mount Pilatus, Burgentock, the Glarus Alps, and Lucerne’s beautiful vineyards. You’ll traverse the luscious meadows that characterize the Reuss Valley before encountering the steep cliffs that peer above the Urnersee.

The cruise will then arrive at the lake’s deepest point, the Gersauer Becken (‘Basin of Gersau’), before taking an exhilaratingly sharp turn through the narrow opening between the Unter Nas (‘Lower Nose’) of the Bürgenstock and the Ober Nas (‘Upper Nose’) of the Rigi. As the cruise crosses this picturesque intersection, you’ll have the opportunity to take in the dreamy landscapes presented by Vitznauer Bucht, Küssnachtersee, Luzernersee, and other stunning lake areas. The voyage will continue through the narrow pass between Pilatus and Stanssad.
