What you'll see

Once you book a private port transfer, Viator will send a standard confirmation email. As soon as we receive your booking, we will import and verify all details in our system to ensure we have the key information needed for a smooth service, including date, time, pickup location, and cruise ship for drop-off.

After this review, you will receive our own confirmation, allowing you to double-check that all details are correct.

One day before your transfer, our system will automatically send you your driver’s information and pickup details, including hotel/location, pickup time, and destination. This gives us time to correct any discrepancy or last-minute change that may have been missed.

On the day of service, you will receive:

A “Driver on the Way” notification approximately 60 minutes prior to pickup

A notification once the driver has arrived at the pickup location

The vehicles are clearly marked with the ATC logo, and the driver/guide will hold a sign with the lead passenger’s name, call out your name, and confirm your destination to avoid any errors and ensure a seamless start to your vacation.

After drop-off, you will receive a survey message so you can rate and share your experience with us.

We kindly ask that you stay alert to your mobile phone for any driver updates or special messages.
