Please be informed that the space for luggage in our cars is limited to 1 suitcase per person (max 20 kg). Otherwise the clients will be requested to take care of the extra luggage on their own or settle the extra cost (if confirmed with the supplier in advance).
Important notes
• After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. During Covid restrictions the driver will meet you at taxi exit in Terminal 1 or Arrivals exit in Terminal 2. The driver will be holding a sheet with the Lead Passenger's name.
• The driver will be waiting on arrival for a maximum of 45 minutes in case of Domestic flights and 1 hour and 15 minutes in case of International flights.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm (April to October) and from 08:00 am to 6:00 pm (November to March) / Satuday, Sunday and holidays (08:00 am to 05:00 pm)
