The Big Bee Farm is the largest of its kind in Thailand and is on a mission to educate Thailand and those that visit about the vast benefits of Thai Honey.
Visitors can tour the largest Bee Farm in Thailand and learn how bees produce honey in Thailand. The Thepprasit Honey farm was originally set up in 1999 and the very next year were the winners of the Honey contest at the Asisa Apiculture Expo in Chiangmai. They reached the coveted GMP and ISO 9001 quality system accreditation in 2005, and the next year won the Quality Goods Mark by the Ministry of Agriculture in Thailand.
In 2007 the Thai organic beekeeper association and organic supplier network was begun, and 3 years later the Pattaya Big Bee Farm opened for education. Then they stepped in up a notch by starting the first apitherapy clinic in Thailand in 2011.
The apitherapy clinic specializes in treating a variety of medical conditions using various products produced by Thai Honey Bees. The products included are raw honey, royal jelly, pollen, propolis, bee wax, and bee venom.
Whether you visit the clinic or not the apitherapy products are available to be shipped worldwide.
