I moved to live near Woodstock in 2019 and now I would like to share some local folklore and history to introduce the village of Woodstock.

This website requires 48 hours notice to book this tour as a private group. In reality, we may sometimes be available at shorter notice, if you request viator to contact us. However, in all cases, the reason why we require so much advance notice is because unlike our other tours offered here, the Shakespeare street theatre tour requires three actor guides to deliver the tour, so we may also have to cancel and refund you for bookings, if it turns out that all of us are not available, when you wish to book. This is because it's much harder to tie down all three of us on any date we advertise availability. Essentially, this tour is intended to be booked with significant advance notice but if we can provide tickets at short notice, we will do so or refund you.

Meeting point

I will be wearing a red lanyard.
Please look for me OUTSIDE the hotel and not inside!

Important notes

• Please be aware that the tour all takes place OUTSIDE and as British weather is unpredictable, please make sure you dress for all weather, including rain.
• What to expect, in case of rain? Plus about same day cancellations of the tour by the tour operator:
• If on the date of your tour, the weather forecast expects heavy rain, we may decide to call you up to cancel the tour at just a few hours notice. So when you book, please send us a contact mobile phone number and also an email address too. If you see the weather is looking questionable, please also check your phone for any text messages on the day of your tour. If we decide to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund or if you agree, we will offer to reschedule your booking onto another date or if you prefer, we will offer to book you onto a different tour, free of charge, for the following day.
