It takes approximately 3 hours.

Stop 2

Come face to face with the biggest, naturally active geyser in the Southern Hemisphere Pōhutu Geyser, and enjoy the up-close experience with the New Zealand Kiwi, in our brand-new Kiwi Conservation Centre. Be mesmerized by exploding mud pools all throughout the valley and gaze at beautifully crafted Māori-made artwork and sculptures visible throughout Te Puia.

It will include cultural performance a Pōhiri (Traditional Māori Welcome), Waiata (Song), Mōteatea (traditional chant), Poi and Haka.

Take the Skyline Gondola to the tasting room. Jump onboard Gondola cabins and experience spectacular views of Lake Rotorua, the city and steaming geothermal vistas.

Enjoy a wine tasting and soak up the magnificent view overlooking Rotorua town & lake, or just relax with a glass of wine and something to eat.

The wine tasting experience can be completed before or after lunch.
