Unfortunately, to get a Free Minivan Type is not easy here in Japan. In worse case, you have to wait for the minivan more than 2 hours in busy time. On top of this, it is absolutely impossible to get wagon Type on the spot.

When you get on the vehicle:
Driver will come to pick you up at the meeting location with your name board, 10 minutes before the meeting time.
In case the driver misses you, he or she will contact you through WhatsApp or text message. So set your smart phone in use.
When you get off the vehicle:
Please make sure if you leave your belongings in vehicle. Especially, smart phone and purse. In case you leave something, contact the driver ASAP. Not as long as you depart from Japan, we will send it to the next destination by cash on delivery. (it needs two days interval at the least)
