About this experience

You will get to know an exclusive reservation only tasting venue to try a selection of fortified Portuguese wines. @eat_porto

The wines are handpicked and include a white Port 10 years, Ruby port, a tawny port 10 years, a Moscatel from Setubal and a Madeira wine and a surprise tasting at the end. People do not realize that apart from the port wines there are many fortified wines in Portugal that are worth trying and we will help you discover the best fortified wines in Portugal and educate your taste buds accordingly.

With the fortified wines we will also provide some Portuguese sweet pastries to accompany the tasting. (it is a snack, do not expect a full meal).

I usually offer the tasting at 15:00, 18:00 & 20:00 every day. If the date/time you need isn't available please contact me!

Stop 1

The Tasting location is a wine bar, bottle shop, book store, art gallery and restaurante. A multifaceted space fostered and created by two cousins Hugo and Miguel. The space is unique and designed specifically to stimulate art, culture, wine and gastronomy within its surroundings. It sits perfectly in the centre of the city almost hiding from plain sight, a location which will become a reference for you in years to come.
