Day 1 – From Coast to Highlands: Journey to the Coffee Farm
Begin your adventure with a morning hotel pickup from Mui Ne, Phan Thiet City, or Ho Chi Minh City. Travel in comfort as you journey toward a remote coffee farm in Phu Son, Lam Ha Town, located 1,000 meters above sea level in Vietnam’s scenic Central Highlands.
Along the way, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant overlooking a peaceful lake, a perfect spot to relax and take in the views before continuing your ascent into the mountains. As the road climbs higher, watch the landscape transform from coastal and semi-desert terrain into lush forests, rolling hills, and cool highland air.
Upon arrival at the coffee farm, check in to your rustic farm lodge and unwind with a refreshing break surrounded by nature. In the evening, meet the farm owner and local team, who will prepare a wholesome farm-style dinner using fresh, local ingredients. Overnight at a Coffee Farm Lodge.
Day 2 – Coffee, Hiking & Farm Life Experience
Wake up early to enjoy a breathtaking highland sunrise, best paired with a freshly brewed cup of Vietnamese coffee—the perfect start to an unforgettable day at the farm.
Begin the morning with an exciting three-hour guided trek through the coffee plantations, where you’ll learn about the history of Vietnamese coffee, how beans are grown, and how they are carefully harvested. The trail continues through towering pine forests, clear mountain streams, and scenic tea farms, offering beautiful views and a deeper connection to nature. Along the way, the farm owner shares stories about local traditions, rural life, and sustainable farming.
Return to the farm to relax before joining a hands-on mini cooking class, where you’ll prepare simple, delicious local dishes using fresh farm ingredients. Enjoy a hearty farm-style lunch in a peaceful natural setting.
Day 3: Be a one-day Coffee Farmer – Fishing Activities
Begin the day with an early rise to witness a breathtaking sunrise while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee, a perfect moment to disconnect from daily routines and immerse yourself in nature.
A simple yet nourishing breakfast is served to start the day.
Take a short walk to the local morning market, where you can experience the authentic rhythm of local life and interact with the community.
Return to the farm to step into the role of a coffee farmer, joining the farm owner in daily farming activities and learning about traditional coffee cultivation. At midday, return to the farm for light refreshments.
The afternoon is free at leisure, with optional fishing available for those seeking relaxation. Enjoy an overnight stay at the farm, surrounded by tranquil natural scenery.
Day 4: Full Day Discovery Da Lat City
After breakfast and coffee at the farm, depart for Da Lat City with an approximately 1.5-hour transfer. Enjoy a full-day Da Lat city tour, including visits to the Da Lat Catholic Church built during the French colonial period, the Old Railway Station, and the famous Crazy House. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a cable car to Truc Lam Monastery and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and pine forests. Continue with a visit to a waterfall, with an optional zip-line experience. After the tour, transfer back to the farm for the evening. Overnight stay at the farm.
Day 5: Free and easy – flight to Ho Chi Minh City or Driving to Nha Trang.
Its free morning at the Farm until time to transfer to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City or take a car to Nha Trang City . Goodbye and have a great trip in Vietnam.
