Mountain Changbaishan(Changbaishan Tianchi) is located Tu'an County, Yanbian, in Jilin Province, on the border between China and North Korea. Changbaishan is famous for its Changbaishan Tianchi,Changbai Mountain Waterfalls, hot springs, canyons, lava forests, alpine garden, underground rivers, forests, clouds, snow view and other beautiful views, it is a veritable paradise on earth. 

Changbai Mountain is a dormant volcano. It was recorded several eruptions in history. So unique landscape formed by volcano, volcano is quite magical and majestic. The famous Changbaishan Tianchi is sited at the top of the main volcano peak cone. It is the largest crater lake in China, as well as the highest crater lake in the world. Pouring down from Changbaishan Tianchi, Changbai waterfall is a crater lake waterfall with the largest water drop. It is quite worth having a trip to this place. From Harbin to Changbaishan.

About Changbaishan Tianchi, sometime even you get on the top, you can not see it, becuase big windy or cloudy, and sometimes Changbaishan Tianchi close, becuase the weather.
The plane usually takes off at 7:50am from Harbin, because there is only one flight. If the ticket sell out or flight cancel, you will take a high-speed train from Harbin to Changbaishan 3.5 hours and transfer to Changbai mountain hotel by car around 2 hours, also from Changbaishan back to Harbin afternoon, if flight ticket sell out or cancel, you also will take high speed train back to Harbin 3.5 hours.
There is no price difference between air and train transfer
