The Dark Cave ( or also called Hang Tối) located in Phong nha is first discovered in 1990 and opened up not long after that. The reason for the name is that though it is about 6km long, there is no artificial light installed inside the cave, but darkness. The mud inside the cave is really good for health and combined with Chay river, Dark cave is now an ideal place for tourists to visit and join interesting activities such as kayaking, swimming and mud-bathing.
