This experience will let you learn the tips and tricks to create gourmet ice cream.
All our recipes are based on natural and the best and freshest ingredients, according to Italian tradition.
Learn about the technical preparation of ice cream and the different types of ice cream (fruity, creamy….), as well as the ingredients and equipment.
You will start from fresh milk and water and step by step you will come to taste unforgettable, healthy and tasty ice-creams and sorbets.
Finally, learn how best to pasteurize and freeze ice cream, now you are ready to taste your own!
