Mrežnica is a “slow” river with no pollution what makes it perfect not only for kayaking but for swimming as well.
There are 7 waterfalls that you will go down on with the kayak. Feel excited not worried! Highest waterfall is 1.5 m or 4 ft high.
IF YOU ARE NOT SURE about going down the waterfall, no problem kayak goes without you, you do 30 second walk around and jump back on you kayak. Easy as that .

Experience is 1 hour driving distance from Zagreb, about 3 hours you will spend kayaking and another 2,5 hour at beautiful plane/beach next to watermill, restaurant, beach bar where you can swim, eat, drink, get tanned and hang out with the people you have met.

Detailed itinerary

Meet a driver at your Zagreb hotel or central meeting point, then board a climate-controlled vehicle for the trip towards Mrežnica river.

About an hour of driving from Zagreb we will reach our destination. On arrival you will meet the skippers and get familiar with the equipment. Here we will have a coffee and toilet break before you start with the kayaking experience.

About 3 hours you will spent kayaking on the river. When we say kayaking we mean a leisure pedaling downstream the river, stooping at cool sights, swimming and enjoying breathtaking views.

Approx 2 pm we will approach the “finish line”, but don’t worry fun is not over. We will spend another 2,5 hour at beautiful plane/beach next to watermill, restaurant, beach bar where you can swim, eat, drink, get tanned and hang out with the people you have met.

After this memorable experience, we will head back to Zagreb. Just kick back, relax and enjoy the 60 min ride back through the landscapes of Croatia’s countryside.
