You will be in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

I take you in a traditional boat for 1h30 along the waterways of the wild Marais, a preserved part of the Marais Poitevin.

In the ornithological park, we will picnic products from the Marais Poitevin concocted by the caterer of Damvix.

I will guide you by bike from the Birds of the Marais Poitevin Bird Park to reach the land of donkeys in Saint George du Rex. We will make stops for explanation, reading landscapes. We will make 10km go then after the park Du Coq à l'Âne, we will make 10km return.

In the animal park, following the meeting of the Baudets du Poitou, we will visit the handmade soap factory Cornet which recovers donkey milk to make soap through a know-how almost unique in France.

I will make you enjoy an exceptional visit in the heart of the animal park "From Rooster to Donkey" where Quentin will make us meet and cuddle the famous Baudets of Poitou. We will tell you about the history of this donkey, its usefulness, its virtual disappearance and its preservation today. This animation is exclusive to Original Vélo Tour because we go back to their enclosure.
