For Airport pick-ups, we monitor all flights in real time to ensure timely service, whether your flight arrives early or is delayed. You will receive your driver’s name and contact number within 12 hours prior to pick-up. The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall 60 minutes after your flight lands, holding a name board for easy identification. It is essential that you contact the driver within one hour of landing to confirm your presence. If you're delayed at passport control or baggage claim, please inform the driver to avoid any confusion. The driver will wait up to 90 minutes after landing free of charge. If no contact is made within 90 minutes, the booking will be marked as a no-show and will no longer be refundable.

For Central Paris pick-ups, please be ready at the specified time and address. If you’re being collected from a hotel, public place, or large venue, contact your driver directly using the number provided to coordinate the meeting point if needed. Should you encounter any issues at any point, our office team is available to assist promptly.
