This class is for you, 100% practical with written menus included, you will learn how to prepare various traditional dishes from the region that you can easily replicate in your place of origin. You will learn the meaning of the terminology of Mexican cuisine and why traditional utensils have been used since pre-Hispanic times. You will learn to select the best ingredients for each dish: Meat in its Juice or Pozole, or Tamales, or Chiles Rellenos, Jarritos with Tequila, a whole menu with a tequila-based drink, main course, dessert and side dishes, when you contact me I will tell you the options.
