About this experience

The word Diaspora refers to the large scattering of black slaves that mainly took place as part of the transatlantic slave trade from Africa. The ADH Trail is an important part of Bermuda’s history and we have sites in every parish.

Aspects of the history, customs, culture and experiences of slaves and their descendants in Bermuda have been officially designated by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as part of the Slave Route Project and therefore must be preserved.

Come join us on this fascinating 6.5 hour journey and learn more about our history, where we come from, our customs and traditions.

*This tour does include entrance fees

*Minimum age restriction: All passengers must be 5 years and above
